Stepped in for 4-leaf who had a family obligation and decided to do some Saturday morning miles and fellowship. BJ joined us for EC but had to go at 7 so it left the four of us to press on. We toured three parking decks and most of downtown and returned with a total of almost 8 miles between EC and the workout. Great fellowship even had Joker try to headlock me into a Spartan Race. May give it a shot after the Star in May.
