Stabler asked YHC to Q about 2 weeks ago so YHC always says yes. Scouted out the 116 on google earth this week and the workout went something like this!

Warm-Up

  • Murkins (IC)
  • High Knees (IC)
  • SSH (IC)

The Thang

  • Mosey to the Adult Probation office up the street on the corner. Performed a merkin ladder with 9 parking spaces (google earth had 8) 1 merkin at 1 and go up by one each space. You would bear crawl there and karaoke back. 1 count by Stabler and mosey back to the 116.
  • Catch me if you can for 2 laps around the front of the building. Partner one 10 LBC’s while partner 2 backpedaling. One count by Slim Jim and head to basketball courts.
  • I did this workout in Myrtle Beach with Onecall and it was really tough. What made it bad was that YHC was very hungover, so I figured I do it again at 100% this time ( it was still tough). It’s called AMRAP City. Would have 3 10 min segments (upper, lower and core). Performed 10 of one exercise at one corner and then 5 of one exercise at half court then next corner 10 back to 5 in middle.
  • Round 1 Upper: Murkins, Dry Docks, Wide Arm Merks, Diamond Murks with 5 burpees in middle after each set. We made 10 rotations I believe which meant we did 50 burpees.
  • Round 2 Lower: Squats, Prisoner Squats, Sumo Squats and Reverse Lunges with 5 jump squats in middle after each set.
  • Round 3 Core: LBC, WW1, WW2 and Turkish get ups with 5 heels to heaven in middle after each set. 30 min AMRAP City is done YHC is smoked.
  • Cool down 7’s with dips and incline pull ups, Mosey to flag with 1 min of Mary (Flutter Kicks)

Always an honor to Q anywhere in F3 ENC, thank you Stabler for having me out this morning at the 116. Glad the rain held out off so we could stay dry this morning! Thankful that the 116 starts at 6:30 so I could make the last 9 mins of Tiny Dancers Q at SSS. Even though he made me plank for the song ” Free Bird”. Until next time!
