We decided to knock out as much of the 12 Days of Rucking monthly rucking challenge as possible.
EC at 0600. All Pax joined in. Rucked 7km and ended with 7 rounds of 4 ct flutter kicks.
The Thang: 16 min ruck AFAP carrying a litter with heavy stuff on it. Rucked through downtown Greenville for miles (included a little caroling were appropriate). Rucked up parking deck stairs 2x.
