Answered the call from Stabler for back to back Q’s.  Hope to see him back soon.  Bench and I arrived back from 3 miles of EC to see four Pax waiting for us.  Short intro and we were off to see some new sites and get some miles and PT.

Ruck to the top of the Bridge:  Rucks off – 15 Four Count Flutterkicks and 10 Four Count Curls.  Ruck Up

Ruck to the new student center parking deck:  Climb to the top, have to say this is the best exercise deck in the city. At the top for some pictures and 10 Four Count Merkins.

Ruck down trying out the new stairs.  Attention Pax these are wide and long stairs.

Ruck back to the 116 thru campus and down 5th street and coming in the side roads!

3.2 miles and some PT in 58 minutes not to bad!
