Truth be told, I initially forgot to schedule a Q for today and in the end, I was really grateful to be our Q today for Blast Off. There have been some work things outside of my control this week and now flowing into next week. I wanted to stop and remember all things that I am grateful for as I developed my Weinke.

Warm up:

15 SSH IC

10 Good Mornings IC

10 Cotton Pickers

5 burpee penalty, since we had a late PAX arrival.

The Thing:

We moseyed over to the center of all of the ballfields to kick off being grateful. The plan was to start in the center and mosey to each track intersection where we would perform the announced exercise, return to the center, pause to say something you were grateful and then head off to the next intersection, rinse and repeat until you covered all 4 intersections.

Round 1 – 2 burpees per intersection and 3 grateful thoughts

Round 2 – 10 merkins per intersection and 3 grateful thoughts

Round 3 – 25 squats per intersection and 3 grateful thoughts

Round 4 – 30 merkins of choice, running out of time and covered 2 intersections, 1 grateful thought and returned to the flag.

July 28th – Sasquatch – it is big event and needs PAX taking part in all aspects. Please sign up to take or sign up as a volunteer. They will need lots of waters and gatorades, please consider donating a case of each if you can. I know that I will not be town that weekend and will plan to donate multiple cases of both. Bring them when you post and we will someone there to collect and deliver.
