At 5:29 am we said a prayer for Hiney and Whatley who were supposed to show up. We hope they are well and that they were not abducted by aliens.

At 6:30 we started with a normal warm up and shortly thereafter we headed to the rock pile. Each pax retrieved a rock from the pile and we started off with 25 rock merkins OYO. Merkins were to be completed while holding the edges of your rock. We picked up the rocks and began our morning mosey around the circle and stopped at the small exercise playground. We formed a circle with rocks at our feet and shuffled around four spots to the left to stand before a new rock. The next exercise was rock hallelujahs, x 25 OYO. We moved on down the track to your next stopping point and did rock triceps extensions x 25 OYO. We moved around the the field to our next stop where we did the rock shuffle again to get a new rock and we did curls, 25 OYO.

After that we moseyed to the rock pile carrying the rock above our head. At that point, having a general dislike for rocks, we threw the rocks in the pile and started around the sidewalk track again. First stop, WWIs 25 OYO. Next stop around the track was LBCs 50, OYO. We finished up doing American Hammers 100, OYO and then did Imperial Walkers to the pic-nic tables. At the tables we started out sitting on the tables and with legs hanging over the tables pulled knees to the chest and extended the legs again x 25. Then we partnered up and secured the partners legs on the table while they did back extensions for an undetermined number. We finished up there with 25 bench squats and then proceeded to the flag for a competition.

At the flag we did wheelbarrow merkins where in the wheelbarrow position you would move four paces forward and then do one merkin, move four paces forward and do two merkins…..and continue increasing until fatigue. Sparks was the overall winner of the $!0 Lowes gift card for outlasting the other pax but Arkansas was a close second who was disqualified for a technical violation.

We went back to the circle for a round of Mary and ended with 30 seconds of the spiritual opossum where the pax were challenged to think of a person they could help in some way today to make a difference. We are all leaders and we can all make a difference. After a brief period of applause and a short autographing session we parted ways.
