Quick shout out to Cold Cut, he got in some EC this morning!!

Good to be back in the gloom with my PAX and thanks again to Frank The Tank for last week’s Q.

Warm up:

21 SSH IC

To all the wall for 7sec, balls to the wall, 10 sec the peoples chair, 12 sec balls to the wall and 15 sec peoples chair.

Went to the rock pile.

The Thing:

Grabbed a rock for our Indian Walk: first 1/8th curls for the girls, 2nd 1/8 tricep extensions, 3rd 1/8 (i forget), 4th 1/8 we used our rocks as steering wheels. At each intersection we stopped for squats, flutter kicks, bent over rows and something else :-).

Got back to the rock pile where we performed 10 rock merkins before, returning the big rocks and heading over to the little rock pile to get two rocks!

For our 2nd  Indian Walk: first 1/8th curls for the girls, 2nd 1/8 single arm raises, 3rd 1/8 (i forget), 4th 1/8 hammer curls. At each intersection we stopped for bent over flys, chest press and a few other things.

Once lap 2 was completed we dropped off the rocks and started lap 3 rock free. The first intersection: 10 step back lunges, next intersection: 20 step back lunges and this is when Popeye reminded me of the time and completed the lap back to the flag.

Cold Cut: new grand twins, 1 grandson still in the nicu, 1 home and lots of changes welcoming twins

Chateau: found out their 2.0 will be a boy!
