With the Pitt Co Fair in town, with no one wanting to Q, so I took it on my own to create a fair like experience aka The Carny Wheel.

  • Warm up:  there was none.
  • The Thang: Utilizing the track, each intersection was a stopping point on The Carney Wheel. The first intersection consisted 10 reps oyo, run to the 2nd intersection, perform 5 SSH, run back and finish with the six. This continued with 20, 30 and 40 reps at each intersection. No stopping at the flag, we would start a new exercise back at intersection 1.
    • Lap 1: Squats
    • Lap 2: Good mornings
    • Lap 3: Hallelujahs
    • Lap 4: gorilla humpers
    • Pizza: We were running low on time, so performed 40 squats at intersection 1, 40 Hallelujahs in the middle, 40 squats at intersection 4 and then returned to the flag. Boom it was then 6:15!
