Nothing like a little rain and bear crawls to get a Wednesday started. Weather couldn’t have been better at 530 and even though the rain started shortly after it turned out to be a lot of fun.
Warm up:
- SSH x 12

- Butt Kickers x 10
After warmups PAX moseyed on over to the backside of the walking track where the exercise/jungle gym thing is. We rolled straight into some OYO 7’s with burpees down by the umbrella and pull-ups at the jungle gym thing.
Next we moseyed on back to the flag area (thanks to a little confusion caused by me we took about 6 different routes) and took on a little reverse DORA. 300 squats, 200 LBCs, and 100 Merkins. While one PAX was exercising the other PAX was bear crawling and moseying. Really proud of the whole group pushing through that workout with a lot of energy. Everybody finished strong………..with a little help from friends.
After a 10 count from glow worm, a bunch of soaking wet PAX moseyed over to the rock pile for the following:
- Curls for the girls x15
- Bent over rows x15
- Hallelujahs x 12
- Curls for the girls x 15
Dropped the coupons back in the pile and attempted to crab walk around the traffic circle (which was not thought out on my part), this quickly turned into a decent lunge walk.
After closing out the traffic circle we moseyed on back to the flag for about 5 minutes of MARY:
- Flutter kicks x 20
- WWIs x 10
- JLOs x 20
- Imperial walkers x 10
- American Hammers x 12
- Box cutters to finish (thanks Underdog)

Prayer requests: Spinal Taps daughter-guidance and discernment as she pursues Governor’s school. Southern Fried’s brother and his ongoing medical issues. Levi Lupton (Joker’s nephew). Rafiki’s knee. Backhoe’s daughter’s soccer coach’s mom passed away very suddenly so prayers for the whole family.

Big shout out to all the PAX who posted this morning….in the rain. Turned out to be a heck of a lot of fun even though the front seat of my truck was soaked when I got in it to go to work.
