OK I know I am a little late with the Backblast fr this awesome workout, but thing happen.
Here is what we did:
- A kettlebell work out of 10 different exercises
- Ran to the back and did 20 minutes of Cindy (5 pull-up, 10 merkins & 15 squats)
- Came back to the front did the same kettlebell workout again
- Went to the fence corner. Here we bear crawl to the dig out and did 1 merkin at every fence post. This sucked!
- Went back to the flag and did the kettlebell workout again for a third time.
