The Workout……..

Four rounds. Each round consist of four exercises at five repetitions, regardless of single or double limb, for five intervals. Each round is capped off with a 1/4 mile run with the KB.

Round 1: KB Squat, KB Clean, KB Shoulder Press, WWI’s, 1/4 Mile Run w/ KB

Round 2: Sumo DL, KB Curl, Russian KB Swing, Peter Parkers, 1/4 Mile Run w/ KB

Round 3: KB Lundge, Walking KB Figure 8 Pass Through, Around The World w/ KB, J-Lo’s, 1/4 Mile Run w/ KB

Round 4: Bear Crawl KB Drag, Merkin KB Row, Toes Up KB Chest Press, Inch Worm, 1/4 Mile Run w/ KB.
