Moleskin: It was awesome to be able to share F3 with my brother this morning. On the way to BagelMan, he shared how awesome the group was and how much he enjoyed the camaraderie and fellowship. I told him that’s what it’s all about. That is the glue. When I asked him for the title for the workout he said Double Trouble was what came to mind for the white board (weinke). Crazy thing is I already titled a BoydLeeBeatdown Q Double Trouble in the past. He said how about Magic Mike, and then next week when I come back it can be Magic Mike XXL. Deal! Until next year.
