What an amazing December day.  The sun was shining, the air was warm, and there were 9 pax at Boyd Lee Beatdown ready to put in some serious work.

Warmup

  • Squats
  • SSH
  • Hip Openers
  • High Knees

The Thang – I spit hot fire

  • Partner up
  • Each team of Partners has to perform 10 sets of each superset exercise pair – 10 reps for each exercise
  • One partner works while the other partner rests
  • One lap to cash In, One lap after the first superset, half lap after the 2nd superset, one half lap after the 3rd
  • I intended on doing 10 sets for each superset per team but we did 10 sets on the first two and 6 sets on the second two
