We moseyed to the center of Boyd Lee Circle We had to fill our pie with burpees before we added the crust and served it.

5 Burpees OYO

Mosey to the pull-up bars for 10 lunges

Mosey to the traffic circle for 15 imperial walkers

Mosey to the intersection by the playground equipment for 20 merkins

Mosey to the intersection by the treeline for 25 plankjacks

Mosey back to the pull-up bars for 30 squats

Mosey back to the center of Boyd Lee Circle for 5 more burpees

Then it was time to start enjoying pieces of the pie:

Center to the traffic circle for 25 WW2 situps

Back to the center for 15 Irkins

Center to the playground intersection for 20 gorilla humpers

Back to the center for 5 burpees

Center to the treeline intersection for merkin-mania (20 merkins, various kinds)

Back to the center for dips (YHC isn’t sure how many because I was splashing Q-juice)

The PAX soldiered on without me as Grammar graciously took the lead for a few minutes so YHC could recover.

Mosey back to the flag for 15 plank jacks, 15 flutter kicks, 15 WW1, bear crawls and sprints.

Sorry for my little detour guys. In trying to plan a workout that would challenge the fittest PAX, I forgot to make sure it was something the good old Nice Body could handle. Thanks again to Bono and Grammar for keeping things moving and for giving me a pep-talk to help get my legs back under me.
