Gathered all of the local neighborhood PAX in Vicksburg (Southern Fried, Baby Ruth, San Fran) for a beat down at BLP.  After about 5 minutes into the workout I realized two of my neighbors were down due to injury.  (Southern Fried, San Fran).  They battled the rest of the workout and finished up strong.  Unfortunately I have listened their whining the whole week since they have not posted since.

Moseyed around BLP to provide exercises for The Spoke.

The Spoke: 4 paths from the center of BLP to the outer track. Run out to the end of the spoke and perform the exercise. When back at the hub, 20 LBCs, then off to the next spoke.
