The Thang- Warm ups with cotton pickers/ssh/high knees/butt kickers then indian run around the park. then ran another lap around the park stopping for 7’s (merkin/squats, renegade rows/lunges, burpees/prisoner get ups). then indian bear crawls and Lt Dans. finished up at the wall with peoples chair/BTW/dirty hookups.
