Started with twenty Deconstructed Burpees.

Picnic shelter for 11’s for Dips and Swerkins.

We jogged around the circle stopping periodically to do Merkins, Flutterkicks, Group Sit-ups, Pull-ups.  Did some peoples chair on the fence.  4 sets of ten at the rock pile. Sprints and some Mary to finish.  Always fun to get the week started off right at BLP
