Started off the week with some leakage while enjoying all the things Boyd Lee has to offer.  If I missed anyone above, contact YHC, and changes will be made (phone decided not to record nameorama)

Warm up:

  • Side Straddle Hops x 20
  • Good Mornings x 10
  • Good Evenings x 10
  • Collard Pickers x 10

The Thang:

Started with an Indian Run, trying to keep everyone together, followed by a second lap that included a stop at each break for the following exercises:

  • 10 hand release burpees
  • 20 jump squats
  • 20 merkins
  • 20 LBCs

Moseyed to the shelter, where the Pax took a sizable serving of 11s with dips on one side of the benches and merkins/urkins/durkins (player’s choice) on the other side.

No tapping out for this crew as we headed to the rock pile, where these HIM were advised to choose their rock wisely.  One Pax went opposite of his namesake and wisely chose a boulder (which he ‘rocked’ out)

In place (same rock)

  • Curls for the girls x20
  • Tricep extensions x15
  • Goblet squats x10
  • Overhead press x10

Moved 3 to the right after each exercise, and repeat.  Ended with 5 on the final overhead presses, as YHC ended with previously noted boulder at his turn.

Moseyed further on to the wall to end with some people’s chair for a 5 count each. YHC ran out of time for some extra servings, but ended promptly at 6:15.  Followed by prayer requests and announcements. Thanks JTT for the Q opportunity!
