It was a super brisk morning, not at all what it had been like.  Many hoodies and bodies slowly moseying out of their warm cars ready to rock and roll at 5:30.

The workout went likl this:

10 merkins

10 WW1

10 squats

Rinse and repeat until we stop at 30.

Mosey to the bottom of the hill the long way around the track staying together.

4 times up the hill doing a different exercise:  Penalty for stopping early of 5 burpees.

Bear Crawl

Duck Walk

Crab Walk (some decided to screw the crab walk and just do the burpees.  Probably would have been wise.  Crab walking sucks!!)

Lunge,Merkin Centipede(2 lunges and 1 merkin)

Mosey to the picnic shelter:

10 Dips

10 Irkins

10 Step-Ups

Rinse and Repeat to 20.  Realized after 20, trying to do 30 would be a bad idea so called an audible.

Mosey to the flag the long way or cutting it in half.

Finish with

10 Gorilla Humpers

10 LBC’s

Rinse and repeat until 30.  I realized after about 18 in round 3, 30 was going to be killer, but we finished and it was 6:15.

Moleskin:

Right before we prayed we had a moment of silence just to think and reflect.  Many thoughts were running through my head for that moment but also during prayer time, and I can’t help but to think of San Fran and his family and their whole situation with his wife.  I know how much my wife and family means to me, and how difficult this situation must be, but also the thought of relying on GOD the great healer and trusting everything will be OK. San Fran we miss you after your surgery, but we are praying for you and your family.  God bless you and all the men of F3.
