Backhoe had been looking for a Q today, and he was instrumental in making sure we had food at the Sasquatch so of course I stepped up and took today. The workout went like this:

Line up at the first tree and run to each tree then the sidewalk. Back pedal each time from the tree.

Round 2: Same instructions add Gorilla Humpers at each stop for a total of 20.

Round 3:Same instructions add 3 burpees at each tree.

Mosey to the rock pile and get 1 big rock and 2 small rocks and partner up.

Round 1:

Partner A-Curls with big rock.

Partner B-OH Press with small ones

Round 2:

A-Merkin push press

B-T-Pose with rocks held out straight

Round 3:

A-V-Ups

B-Squats

Mosey to walk for people’s chair and BTTW before finishing with some merkins and Mary at the flag.
