11 Pax showed up at build up for a good old beatdown. Some mumble chatter from all pax waiting to warm up then it was on.

WARM UP

  1. 15 Good Mornings
  2. 15 side stadle hops
  3. 15 high Knees
  4. 15 merkins
  5. 15 squats

Then a half lap indian run to warm up the legs around to the rock pill.

At the rocks we did lots of arms. Each PAX got to choose an exerices and PAX didnt disapoint.

Then on to the first intersection for 15 burpees

Then mosey to the next intersection for 15 impeerial walks on to the next intersection.

15 jump lunges on to the next intersection

15 carlina dry docks the mosey to the circle in the middle for 15 WWII sit ups

Now that we have our exercies we atrt in the middle and go to each corn do 15 of that then back to the middle for 15 WWII sit ups.

After the fourt corners we moseyed back to the flag for a little marry and then it was 6:15.
