Weather was nice at BLP.  Not too cold, not too warm, perfect weather to post in.  Glad to see so many familiar faces…..  This was my first post as Site Q of Buildup and I had the Q of the workout.  I had the New Years Convergence beatdown from Abu/Cold Cut on my mind the night before and wondering how I could even come close to Q’ing that kind of workout. I hope one day soon I can lead a workout with the level of detail of exercises as Abu!! Came up with the following below….

-Moseyed back to flag area, partnered up for B.O.M.B.S (version of DORA partner exercises).  Start point was near flag for partner 1, destination point for partner 2 run was last crepe myrtle before you get to crosswalk.
