After a leg beat down from Bono at Runstrong yesterday, YHC assured anyone who showed up that today’s workout would be easy on the legs.  While upper body made up most of the 45 minutes, I couldn’t resist throwing in a little running.  After all, it’s Sasquatch Season!

Mosey to pull up area for 7’s.  Pull ups and run to umbrella for Burpees

Indian Run to picnic area.  Small pyramid of 5, 10, and 15 Irkins, Dips, and Dirkins.

Indian Run to rock pile for curls, 3 sets of 10 with a twist.  Each PAX picked their favorite rock and placed it at their feet.  I had us rotate a random number of rocks left and right between each set to insure everyone got to try different rocks.

Mosey to the baseball field and partner up.  Run opposite directions and do partner Dirkins when meeting in outfield.  I figured out that the circumference of a baseball filed is a lot longer than it looks on TV.  Based on the mumble chatter, I was not alone in this revelation.
