Posted the flag at 525 and hardstart at 530. Disclaimer, no FNGs so we were off. Moseyed around the sidewalk for warmup. Stopped at each intersection for Cotton Pickers, Baby arm circles forward and back, and Good Mornings and moseyed back to the flag.
The Thang: Lined up on the sidewalk near the flag for some merkins.
First set 10 merkins then run to the corner of the building and back. Second set 10 merkins and 10 hand release merkins, then to building and back. Third set 10 merkins, 10 hand release merkins, 10 ranger merkins, then to building and back. 4th set 10 merkins, 10 hand release merkins, 10 ranger merkins, 1 burpee OYO, 10 diamond merkins, run to building and back. 5th set 10 merkins, 10 hand release merkins, 10 ranger merkins, 1 burpee OYO, 10 diamond merkins, 10 werkins, to building and back.
Run a lap around the sidewalk for a break. Met back at flag and moseyed to rockpile. All PAX grabbed a rock went around the circle with different pax-led exercises. CFTG, Overhead press, tricep extensions, bendover rows, lunges, circus-chair, hallelujahs, overhead halo, and something that Captain Obvious came up with that seemed like Abu invented it. Returned the rocks and moseyed to the trees by the road.
First tree 10 Mountain Climbers IC. Second tree 20 LBC. Third Tree 30 mountain climbers. Fourth tree 40 LBC. One more lap and meet at flag. Hard stop at 615.

Moleskin: Ive been rehabbing a groin for about 7 weeks and was glad to get back in the gloom. I posted at Carterico last week and got the idea for the Weinke from Steamer. Glad to be back. Great push by the PAX.
