Pledge of Allegiance for the 6 men who ate their Wheaties and showed! We are privileged to live in the land of the Free, Because of the Brave. As Believers, we are to pray without ceasing (1Thessalonians 5:17). This means recurring prayer. Men can up their leadership and rely on the God we pray to for guidance, strength, reassurances to help us navigate storms. It is OK to NOT be OK.

Warmeth Upeth with stretcheth up, then left and right and straight up. Mix in some Good Evenings IC. Monkey Humping. SSH.

On the Wall, 20 count each with Hallelujahs. Flip Flop with the exception of ‘Push Outs’ and 20 count each.

Head to the Circle for 11’s. Burpees on one end. WWII’s on the other.

Head toward the land of FIA where we parked at the raised short wall. 4 rounds of Butkis, 15 second rest in between. Mixed it up with Dirkins, 4 rounds, In Cadence.

Being all swolt up, we head toward the flag, waving at the women of FIA. At the flag, circled up. Did some ‘Osprey’  (overhead arm circles) then called it a morning.

YHC prayed us out with concerns: Titantic’s mom; King-Pin; Easy Rider and his fam; YHC’s son David and niece Jaimie Satterwhite; Ratched.
