First I would like to apologize for the delay, YHC started a new job this week and no sooner than I did I was asked to interview for another.  This after a 7 month search where I felt like I scoured what  seemed at times every possible avenue I could think to find gainful employment and having not hardly a call back or thanks for applying turndown.. Anywho its been a heck of a week.  Stern asked me a couple or three weeks ago to Q at the #TheBuildUp this past Wed. I gladly answered the call but felt a little trepidation having not posted on Wed there before.  Stern assured me that it was a no different from Monday or a Friday workout at BLP.  Going with that and having other stuff obviously on my mind this week, I decided to revisit a Spartan workout I had modified for the #TheSchoolYard last month and make it work #TheBuildUp
