EC Ruck – Chimi, Patch, Stabler, Just the Tip, and Titanic

After nice warm up ruck, we came back to the flag and found a nice group of 17 pax ready for a beat down. YHC knew this one was going to be fun, so we got right to it:

Warm up:

• SSH – 15 – IC
• Good Mornings – 15 – IC
• 5 penalty burpees for late PAX
• Merkins – 15 – IC
• Lap around the track

Tha Thang:

YHC wanted to create a sequel to Stabler’s West Side Story Choose your own adventure trilogy, so today was the day. The Sequel: The Boyd Lee Files. PAX had a choice of multiple different locations at the AO

• Softball field
• Picnic Shelter
• Rock Pile
• Center of Boyd Lee (Walls)
• Front Lawn
• Workout equipment at the back of BLP
• Playground

Back chose the Picnic shelter first. At the shelter, we completed a round of 11’s, with Derkins, then going up and over the picnic table, and then squats.

Candy Cane chose the rock pile for the next chapter. Once there, we completed triple 7’s with rocks. First round was 7’s with Overhead press and reverse lunges, 2nd round was overhead tricep extensions and squats, 3rd round was merkin on the rock and curls for the girls

Fruity had the next choice, and he chose the workout equipment at the back of BLP. Once there, we completed 7 minutes of CINDY. AMRAP 5 pull ups, 10 merkins, and 15 Squats. Most PAX were spent after this.

The plan was do do Cindy for 10 minutes, but YHC wanted to make sure we made a stop to the softball field. We ran out of time, so we only completed about half of the routine. The routine was 21 bags (sprints). We lined up a home plate, all PAX sprinted the following:

• Home to first
• Home to first
• Home to first then second, then return to first base
• First to second
• First to second
• First to second then third, then return to second base
• Second to third
• Second to third
• Second to third then home, stay at home
• Then run the based twice
