Indian Run around ball fields for one lap then plank for six.

Hydraulic Squat X 20

Death Star (Square) Perform merkins x 20 at each of four cones

Forest to the Sea (Bear Crawl from first light pole to circle and then Crab Walk from circle to rock pile and perform LBC’s x 10.

Snap Shot (OYO) Grab Coupon -Rock and perform a squat and then shot put it forward on the way up.  Performed lunges/Imperial Walkers to get rock and rinse and repeat several times before back peddling with rock all the way to posts near playground.

Escalator at Picnic Tables (10 Jump-Ups, 20 Burpees, 30 Merkins, 40 Squats and 50 Flutter Kicks).  We then grabbed the rock and kindly returned it to the pile while performing overhead presses and Curls for the Girls.

Mosey to gym wall and perform People’s Chair while doing overhead air shoulder presses while each Pax counted to five.  Mosey to flag and performed two rounds of Mary’s.

Prayer requests for Levi as he battles Leukemia and success of effort to raise money by purchasing t-shirts and bracelets.  Prayers for school children and parents as they are getting settled into school routine.  No more burpees as warm-ups!

Always great to Q anywhere in Pitt County with F3 ENC brothers and much thanks to Stern for the opportunity.  We were (20) strong this morning and I was pumped to get things going strong with the Slaughter Starter to begin the morning.  I was happy to see the men push through a difficult workout.  I myself injured my ankle during the Indian Run as my foot twisted on the sidewalk and it popped.  I told the men I was fine, but had to go get an x-ray (nothing broken).  I’ve got a pretty looking ankle/foot all purple and ready for the ECU game Saturday.  I’ll be out for a week or so, and will miss my brothers.
