YHC queued twice last week and knew some more were coming up, but not exactly sure when. Knew that Stern had asked YHC to Q, but was thinking in the back of mind that it was already done. Saw the tweet yesterday and realized it was yet to be done. Months ago F3 offered a deck that was customized for F3. YHC was going to get one, but Abu mentioned that he ordered two (easy enough, paid him back). Had thought about using it last week at #TheRush, but PAX wanted some miles. Due to being out of town at a IT Security Conference, this was an easy way to Q.

Warm-up

10 Good Mornings IC
10 Alternating Lunges IC
Run down the sidewalk, around the Roundabout entrance and back

The Thang

Deck and Plan was revealed.

Numbered cards we did the Exercise Listed and added 10 to the number on the card.
Face cards were 25 reps of the Exercise Listed.
Aces were 100 reps of the Exercise Listed.
Jokers were determined number of Burpees from the person that drew them.

Idea was to give everyone a chance to lead, while YHC would assist as needed.

YHC would lead the first exercise.

Then PAX would fill in from around the circle.

We made it about half way through the deck and once all the way around the circle (a few guys went twice).

We got 3 of the 4 Aces, the PAX were glad none were led by Spinal Tap.

Several Heart cards were pulled in a row, which included some type of running. YHC reminded the PAX he is not a great shuffler…

BOM

King Pin to have surgery soon for Prostate Cancer.

HadAFarm’s Dad meeting to determine if he should continue to drive.

YHC closed us in prayer.

COT

Stern mentioned a few VQ’s coming up! Today was a perfect test run with many of the PAX getting to lead for the first time.

Moleskin

It was awesome to see some PAX lead for the first time! Most of the reps tested you, but were not impossible (except for maybe the Aces).

Look for the deck to come in a few more times as YHC has the Q numerous times this month!
