Numerous PAX members met for EC runs & rucks.

5:29 – 1 minute warning issued.

5:30 – PAX circled up for instruction.  Disclaimer was given.  We started with Bench leading the Pledge of Allegiance. YHC  then shared a poem written by an 8 year old who lost her Daddy in tower 1 (moleskin).

Workout – Instructions were given to run or ruck 2001 meters to the Greenville Fire & Rescue House #3.  Awaiting there would be a whiteboard with the following WOD:

Burpees, Squats, Merkins, Carolina Dry Docks, Man Makers, WWIs, Dive Bombers, Jump Lunges, & Prisoner Get Ups. Ruckers performed 9x each while runners did 11x.

PAX then ran or rucked back to the flag to perform the following:

343 LBCs for the 343 firefighters who lost their lives. 71 Windshield Wipers for the 71 Law Enforcement who perished. 265 Flutter Kicks for the 265 innocent people aboard the 4 planes.

The PAX then moseyed over to the wall and completed 4 more exercises: 1. Flight 11 – 11 Balls To The Wall Derkins 2. Flight 175 – 175 seconds of People’s Chair 3. Flight 77 – 77 seconds of Ball To The Wall 4. Flight 93 – 93 reps of Alternating Wall Touches.

Don’t Forget to brush your teeth. Don’t forget to wash your hands. Don’t forget to do your homework. Don’t forget to set your alarm clock. Don’t forget to say your prayers.

After September 11, 2001 it was “Remember”

Remember to live life to the fullest.  Remember to tell people how much you care.  Remember to hug, Remember to laugh. Remember to cry. And most of all, Remember to love.
