Ramses – AO Pain On MainStreet
- Mosey from AO to Respess Street near Main Street
- Wall sit for the 6
- Receive impromptu lecture from an elderly lady w/ a dog that we’d better work hard…or else
- Balls to the Wall to count off in 4’s
- Ramses, Enron, Largemouth, & Woody each took a group of PAX for an abbreviated version of “Down on Pain Street”
- All PAX were able to complete the exercises on all 12 benches within the allotted timeframe
- PAX were able to get in the following in less than 15 minutes:
- 25 crab cakes o 50 calf raises
- 10 burpees
- 25 irkins
- 25 plank jacks
- 15 Mike Tysons
- 30 dips
- 25 squats
- 20 merkins
- 20 derkins
- 25 mt climbers

- Bear crawl to opposite side of Main Street
- Crab walk to opposite side of Main Street
- Lunge walk to opposite side of Respess St x 2
- Hold plank for the 6 in the intersection of Main St and Respess w/ YHC randomly calling “Down” & “Up” for slow merkins.
- Turn it over to Enron @ 7:25
Enron – AO BrickYard
- Mosey from Respass St over to the start of Stewart Parkway.
- Utilizing the small field in front of the boardwalk we performed Bear Claws.
- A spin off the Conch Crawl where you bear crawled 5 paces did a merkin, spun around and crab walked 5 paces and performed a dip. This was performed till we reached the wall by the water.
- Now to the beginning of the boardwalk each man grabbed onto the rail and performed
- 50 Wizzy Jeffersons (Wizzy Johnsons as the Washington PAX knows it).
- Next it was time to partner up and each partner performed 20 cliffhanger Merkins.
- The last exercise in my section of time was utilizing the light poles on the boardwalk each man had to perform 5 squats at every other light pole. There are 32 light poles so 16 light poles x 5 squats = 80 total.
- Time to pass it off to Woody.
Woody – AO Festival Park
- Burpee construction:
- 20 squats, duck walk
- 20 squats 20 kick outs, lunge walk
- 20 squats 20 kick outs 20 merkins, crabwalk
- 20 of above, add 20 jump squats, bear crawl
- Traveling burpees to circle
- Time Turned over to Cornhole for Circle-Up
