We moved in early before the fog and did the normal warm up thing. We then proceeded to the back steps where we did 20 dips on the pirate benches followed by a run up the steps, rinse and repeat for a total of five times. We then moved to the front where we did 10 merkins at each light and then ran a lap around the building. This was followed by the same schedule with squats at each light followed by a run and then with LBCs at each light followed by a run. We returned to the circle area for a hearty round of Mary followed by a short sprint to gate 6 and back.

KoolAid finished us up with an awesome prayer session to start the day.
