Warm-up: 15 SSH IC, Arm Circles OYO, Good Mornings IC.

The Thang: I had not been around DFS since they opened the new Towne Bank Tower and wanted to see what everything is all about. So, I used the gates and places to stop and perform some gentle exercises. ECU PoPo was at Gate 6, so started at gate 7 for round 1. On Round 2 we reversed the flow and will update any difference below.

Gate 7: 7 Merkins

Gate 8: 8 Urkins

Gate 9: 9 steps up each leg on the semi-circles

Gate 1: 1 Burpee

Gate 2: 2 WW1, Round 2: 20 WW1, 20 WW2, 20 LBC and 20 Freddy Mercurys

Gate 4: 4 dips, up and down the stairs rinse and repeat 3 more times.

Gate 5: 5 count the people’s Balls to Walls

Gate 6: 6 count the people’s chair

We had 1 more opportunity for Gate 5, and we performed 5 squats with a trip up the stairs and back, rinse and repeated 4 additional times.

Closed out with some PAX lead Mary’s.

Prayers: Megaphone shared his 3 y/o newphew is in his final days of fighting cancer, Cold Cut hearing of a 21y/o overdosing and prayers for his son, teachers/parents in this school year and my 2.0 Netflix is 11 today.
