Five pax joined Classified this morning at Eagle’s Ridge to enjoy what Classified described as things he hated to do.

We started out with a normal warmup and then moseyed to the loop at Elmhurst. From there we did an Indian run around the 1/3 mile look stopping at the four corners to do an exercise at each corner: five burpees, 10 merkins, 20 squats and then a few exercises at the exercise playground. Because one time is never enough, we rinsed and repeated the loop and the exercises. We then moseyed between the two sets of stairs and ran the stairs two times each. Between staircases we did extended plank sessions and slow motion dips on the raised benches. We finished up in a circle doing an extended round of Mary and some bear crawls. We know why Classified hates those exercises…..
