YHC was glad Easy Rider sent a reminder the yhc was scheduled to Q at Eagle’s Ridge because it was totally forgotten.  Cold-Cut also looked out as the announcement was made on the twitter machine.  Thanks for the accountability!  YHC came up with a couple of weinkes ready to go, and was wonder how hard to push.  PAX circled up, disclaimer given, and here’s how it went.

Warm-up:

• 10 – Good Mornings IC
• 20 – SSH IC
• Plank Merkins (Pax got in plank and counted off to 100.  Merkin done when the count came to each pax.)

Thang:

• Yhc asked the pax to “follow me” as we took a tour of around.
• Moseyed to steps near flag for 7’s.  Jump Squats and Merkins.  (Al gore for the six)
• Moseyed the stairs near statue for 7’s.  Dips and Hallelujahs.  (plank for the six)
  • The chatter started to be more evident as the pax were announcing the “follow me” before yhc.
• Moseyed to the tunnel for some People’s Chair.  Went around as each pax said something they were thankful for.  Followed by pax 5 count.
• Moseyed to tennis court hills for 7’s.  Jump Lunges and WW2’s.  Crawl bear down the hill, run back up.
• Moseyed to hill near bus stop for 7’s.  360 Jump squats and Diamond Merkins.
• Moseyed back to the flag for some mary.

Moleskin – Always thankful for the opportunity to Q.  Yhc was extremely happy that my BIL (Hoagie) showed up and posted yesterday on his short leave from Italy.  Even though yhc almost forgot that it was my turn to Q, I think the pax were pushed hard and it was somewhat enoyable.  Great chatter from the respect crew, and great push from all… Heard at F3 – “I hate it when these young guys Q.”  :)  Not knowing that one of the biggest reasons yhc is out in the gloom is inspiration from our “respect” brothers.  Great push men!
