The morning began with the normal round or warm up exercises including side straddle hops, good mornings, stretches, Michael Phelps and good evenings.

We moseyed on over to the concrete benches at the flagpoles and worked on different shoulder exercises for about 5 minutes until the burn was too much to endure. We then moseyed over to the playground where we worked towards 100 erkins and 100 leg pull ups per man. A short run to the tennis courts revealed that they were too wet for the tender pax to lay down on so we went to the tunnel of love for some ab work. W started at one end of the tunnel and did 25 LBCs and then did Imperial Walkers to the other end of the tunnel where we did 25 WWIs. We followed this patter of movement changing up to WWIIs and then American hammers with Imperial Walkers in between.

Next we went to the picnic tables and from a seated position on the tables went knees to nipples 25 times before running to the Pirate statue. There we did 25 dips OYO and 20 slow motion jump squats. We returned to the flag are for some more dips and a few Many exercises before time ran out…
