With the new ECU football coach Houston saying this week that there wasn’t going to be any tapping out by his players, it’s clear that if you want to get better you just can’t tap out and quit, whether it’s with football practice, F3, or life in general.  This morning at Eagle’s Ridge all 5 PAX didn’t tap out and everyone got a good beatdown and got better.
