Before today, YHC spent most of his Qs coming up with a variety of exercises that included a low number of reps.  This time, however, YHC wanted to come up with a beatdown that required a high number of reps which, obviously, meant only a select few of exercises.  The day before the beatdown YHC made up his mind on how he wanted it to go down.  Since the beatdown was taking place at the stadium, which reminded YHC of all the times he went to watch NC State (Alma Mater) Football in Raleigh, he wanted the first letters of each exercise to spell out “WOLFPACK.”  However, he didn’t want to tell the PAX this information in fear of being overruled to Q.  So the time struck 0530, a disclaimer was given to the PAX and it was time to…

Pledge of Allegiance… Thanks again Cold Cut

WARM-UP

THE THANG

There were three rounds.  Each round had exercises which incorporated the chest, abs, legs and cardio.  The concept was to have the PAX continually perform one exercise until all members completed the specified cardio exercise; which was to be completed one by one.  Once each PAX member completed the cardio exercise the PAX would then move onto the next exercise.

Round 1 (near the flag):

W – Worst Merkin Ever

O – Outlaw

L – Lt. Dans

Cardio:  Run the specified distance in front of the Smith-Williams Center.

Round 2 (near the foot of the stadium steps):

F – Floyd Mayweathers (modified by adding a merkin)

P – Protractors

A – Aiken Legs

Cardio:  Run up and down the steps a specified number of times.

Round 3 (near the benches):

C – Cupid Shuffle (without the music)

K – Kraken Burpees

Cardio:  Run the specified distance in the parking lot.

Mosey to the flag as time struck 0615.

MOLESKIN

Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect morning to Q.  The weather was perfect, the motivation was high and the mumble chatter (although limited) was great.  Even though we performed each exercise for a number of minutes (including one exercise for close to five minutes) the PAX continued to push and push and push.  Thank you for allowing me to be your Q as I looked forward to leading it.  I hope everyone has a blessed day.

– Captain Obvious
