Cold just made the pain hurt more…

We started out with a round of the usual warm ups and stretches. We moved on over to the first set of flags to each to 100 squats, 100 shrugs, 100 curls and the odd man out held plank until it was time to switch exercises. These exercises had the benefit of using 15lb coupons to add to the fun. Next we went over to the hill near the big parking lot for 15 LBCs up top and 15 Merkins at the bottom (X 5 sets).

Next we went over to the Pirate statue where we hopped from the statue to the wall to enjoy the People’s Chair while each man provided a 10 count. This seemed like a good idea until Spinal Tap started to count and….well, you know. We did that twice and then did Imperial Walkers back to the front of the stadium. We finished up with 2 minutes of stretching. A good time was had by all.
