Warm Up

We started in the usual fashion with a warm up and stretches for five minutes and the we moseyed on over to the cool new exercise playground near the exit corner of Elmhurst School.

The Thang

Next we rotated between the masterful myriad of exercises in a cross training fashion for several minutes. The number of possible exercises one could perform in the blessing of an exercise arena is too numerous for mere mortals to conjecture. After a riveting round of exercises we ran the 1/3 mile loop at the playground and returned for a rinse and repeat of the cross training prior to running another lap.

We returned to the ring of fire for some Mary time and then we concluded with prayers and fellowship.
