15 Good Mornings, 10 Cotton Pickers, 15 Side Straddle Hops, 10 Butt Kickers, 10 Merkins, and 10 WWI’s.

Mozied to Tennis Court Hills:

Each set was to lunge down hill and do Mountain Climbers at bottom, bear crawl up hill and do merkins.

Each set did repetitions of 30, 25, 20, 15, 10, and 5.

Mozied to Murphy Center Steps:

Each set was to go up steps and do LBCs at top, go down steps and do Copperhead Squats.

Each set did reps of 30, 25, 20, 15, 10, and 5.

Mozied to flag pole concrete benches:

Each set was to do dips on bench, bear crawl to next bench and do irkins.and lunge back to first bench to repeat dip reps.

Each set did reps of 30, 25, 20, 15, 10, and 5.

Circled back up near flag:

Did MARY’s, Merkins, and various arm and leg stretches.
