Today was Double D’s time to lead the PAX on a tour of Washington and boy he didn’t disappoint. I have been running on Fridays with Double D for some time now and I have never seen this man run like he did on Friday. He said he was feeling good and boy was he. We made our way around town and he was running like a man feeling the holy spirit. We normally average about a 9 minute mile pace with the PAX and a few will hover behind us at about a 9:15-9:30 pace. Not today, Double D got out of the gate hot and never slowed down. We did 6 miles this morning and Double D was averaging about a 8:30 minute mile. Good times with great friends. Can’t wait to start seeing more PAX out on Fridays since it is now getting warmer. NO EXCUSES! Lets get to work
