Wednesday morning at Build Up Degenerous posted for the first time and was PAX number 999 according to Cousin IT.  So the challenge was on of who was going to be PAX number 1000.  It was a soggy 70 degree morning at First Aid.  Better Call Saul, Southern Fried, Tiny Beers and myself have been working a headlock for quite a while on FNG Jeter and finally got a hard commit for today a few weeks ago.  Jeter tried to push it back to mid November but a strong group text back and forth convinced him to post today.  Cousin IT had mentioned on slack that he also was bringing a FNG (Minute Maid), so getting PAX number 1000 was looking good for today.

Arrived at the stadium and didn’t realize the rain amount that hit earlier made things so soggy. The plan for 10 rounds with Tyson was already in place for the Minges Meadow.  So off we went

Warmup:  20 SSH; 10 High Knees; One minute of arm circles

Mosey to the meadow for 10 rounds with Tyson

Pre Round:  Suicide; Round One:  Merkins (run forward); Round Two: WWI (bear crawl); Round Three: Copperhead Squats (run backward); Round Four: Shoulder Taps (bear crawl); Round Five: Burpees(run forward); Intermission: Suicide; Round Six: LBC (bear crawl); Round Seven: Plank Jacks (run backwards); Round Eight: Hand release merkins(bear crawl); Round Nine: WWII (run backward); Round 10: Mountain Climbers (run forward); Finished with victory suicide

After knocking out Tyson we had ten minutes left so we took a mosey over the Murphy Center steps to score 7 for the Pirates.  Do one burpee and run the steps; do two burpees and run the steps, continue on until you finished with 7 for the Pirates and run back to the flag

615am

Prayer Requests: PAX running in marathons this weekend; Brian Meador’s family; Dr Randy Parker; Southern Fried’s Brothers health

Announcements:  Lunch today at Bad Daddy’s at 1145; Saturday Nov 10 at Villa Verde

Thanks to Noonan for the opportunity to Q and congrats to Jeter and Minute Maid for posting today and getting the PAX number over 1000.  Also a special shout out to O-Town for using the Minges Meadow sidewalk and staying dry during the 10 rounds with Tyson

Have a great weekend and see you in the gloom soon

Stern
