Great was great to be Qing! I got to the stadium early and see huge crowd to welcome me! Then all of a sun the huge crowd ran off follow that damn idiot Tonka. What in the world is going on??? I check my watch, it is only 5:17am. I check the calendar and to my shock there is a 5:15 workout at the same place?? Who know?? Anyway, Slim and Fat shown up and we had a great workout.

  • DO 20 merkins for fun
  • Run the da snake
  • Do 3 sets of 20’s, with dips, WW1 & step-ups
  • Do 3 sets of 20’s with irkins, WW2 & Foot release squats
  • Run to college hill suits
  • Do 10 fatboy pull-ups
  • Do 30 squats
  • Next lunge to light polo, run to next light polo and switch back and forth the whole down College Hill.
  • Run back up College Hill, stop at every other light polo do 2 more merkin then the last polo.
  • Bear crawl though College Hill Suit
  • Run Back to the stadium to meet the other F3 idiots
