With Circuit Rider Qing his maniversary on Wednesday, he asked if YHC would Q FirstAid, to which an excited yes was given. YHC was already planning to post there, and Qing meant getting any kind of workout YHC desired. To keep it simple YHC went with the “Q to your strenghts”. Lately, for YHC, it’s been running. Many PAX were very happy to find that it was not bear crawling. With a big group of men gathered at our chosen spot (some men freshly back from EC loop with Gazelle who’s on a big training run). Run>workout>run we call a ‘run sandwitch’, think if it’s just run>run>run we can call it run soup. Props to all those who’ve been hitting the EC lately, especially Matlock. your going to kill it at BRR this year! YHC put the call out to the PAX to limber up now because we’d be moving quickly after the watch hit 5:30.

Thang: at 5:30 PAX circles up for a disclaimer (the regular it’s your fault if you do something stupid, even if everyone else is, and adding to look out for each other and don’t loose the six as we’d be traveling). Double line Indian run to Charles Blv. Regular mosey as we crossed and ran down the greenway regrouping at the cul-de-sack just off the path past the bridge. using the hill between the sack an the intersection we ran 7s with squats and lunges. PAX then moseyed out of the neighborhood, right on to Charles down to the demoed apartment complex lot for partner catch-me-if-you-can using 5 copperhead squats as the delay. 2-3 laps around the lot, then group mosey back to starting area. PAX reassembled in the grassy mall for a couple cool down moves (walking knees to chest and walking lunges), then back to where we began for CoT. Thanks again to Fleet Feet run coaching for movements.

Prayer Request- C-12 group; Nice Body anniversary trip to the mountains, White Panther’s family, Noonan’s dad as recovers from kidney surgery, Matlock’s brother-in-law (cancer) moved to home hospice

Announcements- Ansley’s Angles looking for runners ansleysangles.org (Bethann is our eastern region ambassador)

Guys put in a lot work as they embraced the workout and made sure to keep the six close. was awesome to meet White Panther(nice work on the squats!) and the FNGs he brought with him. All three are great guys White Panther, Brockovich, and Copperhead. Looking forward to workouts with y’all many times in the future! All the men ran strong including Noid who would not have ordered running if it was on the menu, but made it though every point along the way and back again. Gamecock was looking strong this morning too as he repped our F3 street gang color down to the high vis gloves. YHC is adding those to a wish list. Couldn’t have asked to get to start a friday off with a better group of guys. YHC was privileged to get to workout with each and every man who posted and hopes to get to run with many of them (all would be fantastic!) on Sunday at The Commons. Sasquatch is coming!!!
