THE THANG happened IC: SSH (Side straddle Hops); Stretching side to side all to warm up

Murphy Mountain: Triple Nickel – – an individual PAX would run up, do 5 squats and repeat for a total of 3 times while the rest alternated with flutter kicks, WWII’s, Freddy Mercury, LBC’s, Supermans, Tai chi-Upward Dogs, Side Planks.

Find Curbing for 3 rounds of BUTKIS (rapid step ups). Thanks Noonan for timing us and then making us stop at a minute instead of 15 minutes, lol.

Find Benches in front of arena, where we rotated doing a PYRAMID of Dips and Irkins, starting with 20 each then declining.

Minges Meadow: Bear Crawls, Crawl Bears to a destination and back. Lunges, Reverse Lunges to a destination and back….. BLIMPS in the Meadow: 5 Burpees, 10 Lunges, 15 Imperial Walkers, 20 Merkins, 25 Plank Jacks, 30 Squats…………………….. On our 6’s, arms interlocking for rounds of WWII’s IC. Way to push men.

Back to a START AREA for some Mary on our 6’s where SlimeJim led in ‘shins, socks, shoes’ , shoulder tap merkins and I cannot remember much else, when time was up.

YHC prayed us out and remembered Emmerson’s eye surgery today (Grammar’s 2.0). It was providential that we all got up, out, and had some of the 3-F’s.
