Kotter for Cold-Cut: Can of Corn and Dropout showed after about a year. Way to go guys, keep at it!!

As men, we each uniquely qualify as leaders with where we are in life. Today, we are on the cusp Thanksgiving. This Nation we call home has been divisive for a while now. God is the Hope of the Nation. Let us turn to Him consistently as we frail men certainly cannot do it (life) on our own. As we gather today, let us remember the sacrifices people have made before our own journey that we presently are on. Yeah………..and today you who are reading this probably posted at F3, First Aid. Life is brief and truly as a vapor and then it is gone. Time flies men. Cherish family and friends. At this time in life I have a choice to attend F3, (duct tape, braces, straps, Blue-Emu, water bottle and all). When we show, count it a blessing; God has allowed us to POST. Don’t criticize our form, etc. Instruct, yes. Have fun, yes. Invest in others, yes. Push the ‘Rock’, yes.

Warm-Up: Good Mornings; Monkey Hump position stretch, then left to right, then toes up stretch; SSH.  (Shake weights were to come (NOT, haha).

The THANG was flavored thusly: moved to circle benches (old spot where Papa Smurf had inhabited), completed Crunches with our bottoms against the bench. Shoulder Tap Dirkins (We loved these, Aye?). Flip for Supermans (helps protect shoulders); more crunches. Head to Mt. Murphy, 5 rounds each of squats at the top, WWI sit ups at the bottom.

Head past the ladies in the weight room (going and coming) to Blackbeard’s Statue for PAX led Irkins and Step ups. Fast paced, ‘Follow me’ provided through the tunnel of bear crawl pain to the tables in back of the gymnasium for more PAX led Dips, Irkins and Crunches (Put Can of Corn and Dropout back to work also).

Back to Mt. Murphy. We held people’s chair while each PAX made 2 Laps up the Mount.

Now to Jack Knives, (under the BIG TOP). 4 sets of various weight dumbells, we gather in a circle completing 1:5 and Rotate around until we reach just 10 Merkins. (Someone with math skills would have to calculate how many we did……). Panther wanted the last 10 Merkins and then BAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM. It’s 6:15. Thanks Noonan for the opportunity. You had this old ‘Cold-Cut’, now keep after ’em!!

Spalding shared of a man who has read info on F3 which has been inspiring for him to get off the couch, a 68 year old Alabamian. Nice! It can be important what is written, Aye?

YHC prayed us out: Hot Pursuit, King Pin, Levi, Injured and recovering PAX, California losses of life and property due to fires.

Check Twitter for: Heros challenge to help children; Challenge self with $$ to then help others less fortunate; Pub Ruck; Good Fight invite for Thanksgiving.

Cold-Cut out for now………..Make it a Great Time of Thanks!!!!
