YHC had the Q and knew it would probably be the last Q opportunity of the year with having a vacation planned. 3 PAX showed up despite a rainy forecast and are better for it. None for Coop Mile this morning.

The Thang

We mossied down to the pull up bars near the bottom on College Hill. Otw over YHC explained the plan was to complete as much of a Murph (1 mile run then 100 pullups, 200 pushups, 300 squats, then 1 mile run) as possible OYO. Although a brutal workout if you push yourself, it offers some great opportunity for some 2ndF. The Murph coupled with a small number of PAX, was a great recipe for constant fellowship in the rainy gloom as we pulled, pushed, and squated. YHC completed 14 rounds of 5 pullups, 10 pushups, 15 squats. Totals varied for each PAX. We then mossied back to the flag for 2-3 minutes of Mary (with of course some Slim Jim specials).

Moleskin

This morning YHC couldn’t help concentrating on the positive impact accountability has on most, if not all. Since May 2018, F3 has given YHC a renewed drive to get and be better. Thankful for having the brotherhood as a part of the daily routine. Slim Jim is a major motivating factor and pushes YHC. Bono, Cousin IT, Rafiki, Hot Spot, Slim Jim, Abu and so many more have helped keep YHC on track to be a better leader, better servant, and all around better person.
