We started with a run from the flag at Gate 6 down to Charles Blvd and back.

We then gathered up at the green bump in the parking lot by the bus stop.  We partnered up for bro-merkins.  Each pax ran about 100 yards there and back and joined up with the partner for bro-merkins.  We started with one and went up to 11 total.

We then did BLIMPS but replaced the time wasting lunges with more productive mountain climbers.  We did that in the parking lot heading away from the gate.

We then off to the steps at the Murphy Center.  We did five sets running up and down the steps and merkins at the bottom.  We started with 2 and went up to 10.

We went back to the green bump in the middle of the parking lot and did 3 sets of 5 partner derkins.

We finished with a little mary of flutter kicks and freddie mercurys.

Great workout by the pax that came.  We did a lot of running and merkins and I think a good time was had by all.
