Moleskin: YHC was glad to give the guys a little taste of Broga this morning. It is one of those things that you don’t realize how much you need it and how good it feels until you do it. Caliente from FiA leads BrogaMeetsYoga tomorrow at Boyd Lee and I’ll be leading Broga at #TheCollardPatch on Monday at 5. Come on out. I took it easy on the legs today but we still managed to get a total body beatdown. Thanks to those that came out and Noonan for getting me one the calendar.
